How Parties Work at Wild Cairns
All party bookings at Wild Cairns include an instructor-led activity followed by dedicated time together in our coffee area. Groups can choose from our Assault Course, Axe Throwing, or Airsoft Gun Range, with each session tailored to suit the age and makeup of the group. Our instructors guide the activity, keep things running smoothly, and help create a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere throughout the experience.
After the activity, groups return to our coffee area where they have exclusive use of the space for food, music, and social time. This allows everyone to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the rest of the party together, with instructors still on hand to help keep the energy up.
Parents are welcome to bring a birthday cake along for celebrations. We’re happy to help play Happy Birthday and create a special moment for the candles as part of the party experience..

Corporate Meetings
Our coffee area is also available for small corporate meetings and informal team sessions for groups of up to 20 people. The space can be hired alongside an activity or used on its own, providing a relaxed setting for meetings, discussions, and team catch-ups with refreshments available.
